Tickets purchased online are non-refundable.
When do I get my tickets and/or confirmation from an online purchase?
After your online purchase, you will be redirected to a page with your voucher. An order confirmation, with a link to your online voucher, will also be e-mailed to you within two hours of completing your purchase. There are two Cruise Terminals at Piraeus Port. Usually, the cruise ships above 300m arrive at Terminal B, and the smaller ships at Terminal A.
